With Security Tokens, we’re adding another layer of security to protect our customers’ information and their online banking accounts. Security Tokens also guard against ever-increasing email scams called phishing and pharming.
Log in to Business Online PLUS using your Access ID and the 8-digit One Time Password displayed on your Security Token, plus your personal 4-digit PIN number. Static passwords are no longer used. View our Video Demo.
A 4-digit Site Authentication Value will be displayed confirming that you are at Central Bank’s legitimate Web site. If your Site Authentication Value does not match, then start over or contact Central Bank at 888-294-2183 for assistance.
Choose the Lost or Damaged Token link on the log in page. Central Bank will automatically e-mail you a one-time static password to use to log in. The bank will then notify you about a replacement Security Token.
When you sign up for Business Online PLUS you will work with an account representative from Central Bank to determine your Business’ online security needs. You may have multiple employees performing Online banking functions. Each employee will be enrolled with Online Enhanced Security or will be issued a Security Token.
Once you have received your Security Token, log in to Business Online PLUS using your regular Access ID and Password. From the menu, select OPTIONS, and then ENABLEMENT. You will be guided through the enablement process.
Central Bank will automatically e-mail you a one-time static password to use to log in. The bank will then notify you about a replacement Security Token. There is no fee for your initial Security Token. Replacement Security Tokens cost $15.
