Use mobile banking with complete confidence. It delivers the highest level of security with multiple layers of authentication. This includes an Access ID, a Personal Identification Number (PIN), and a One Time Password (OTP). This ensures your information is fully protected.

It's Easy to Enroll:

  1. Log on to Online Banking from your home computer > choose User Options > then choose Mobile Banking
  2. Select which mobile services you wish to use (App, Browser or Text Messaging (SMS))
  3. Select your time-zone
  4. Enter your Mobile Phone Number
    Select your provider from the list
  5. Choose a 4-digit Mobile PIN
  6. Submit
  7. Shortly after enrolling for Mobile Banking Through Online Banking, you will receive a text message with instructions how to log in to your account

Now your mobile phone is registered and you're ready to start using Mobile Banking!

 

How to Log In to Mobile Banking using your Phone's Browser for the first time:

  1. Shortly after enrolling for Mobile Banking through Online Banking, you will receive a text message with a link to access your accounts using your Mobile Phone's Browser
  2. Click on that link and bookmark this page in your Mobile Phone's browser to use each time you log in
  3. Tap the 'Log In' button
  4. Verify your Authentication Image and enter your password
  5. Tap 'Log In'

 

How to Log in if you've lost the text message containing your access link:

  1. Go to www.centralbnk.com/mb.php into your phone's web browser
  2. Enter your Access ID
  3. Click on the One Time Password button
  4. In a few moments you will receive a text message with a One Time Password and a link
  5. Select the link, enter your One Time Password and your Mobile PIN
  6. Submit

Please note: Each time you log on to Mobile Banking using this method, you will need to click on the One Time Password button to receive a new text message with a new One Time Password and a link.

 

How to view account history and details:

  1. Tap on the account you want to review
  2. Click on 'Transaction History' button
  3. Review your Account Details

 

How to transfer funds:

  1. Tap 'Transfers' Button
  2. Choose the account you want to transfer funds from
  3. Next, select the account where you want the funds to go
  4. Enter the amount you wish to transfer
  5. Click 'Next'
  6. Review the transfer details and tap 'Yes' to complete the transfer

 

How to pay bills:

  1. Tap the 'Pay Bills' Button
  2. Tap on with 'Make a Payment'
  3. Select the payee who you wish to pay
  4. Review the biller information, click 'Yes'
  5. Select the account you want the funds to come from
  6. Enter the amount you want to pay
  7. Click 'Next'
  8. Enter the date you want to make the payment
  9. Click 'Next'
  10. Review the payment information, click 'Yes' to complete scheduling your payment

 

How to view pending payments:

  1. Tap the 'Pay Bills' Button
  2. Tap on 'Pending Payments'
  3. Review all Pending Payments

 

How to find a Central Bank branch:

  1. Tap on the 'Locations' Button
  2. Tap on the method you want to use to find a Central Bank branch
    • Search by Branch
    • Search by Zip Code or Address
  3. You can view our branch information as a list or on a map.
  4. If you select a location you will view address information and hours, or you can get directions or call that branch directly
