eAlerts from Central Bank enables you to monitor your accounts in a whole new way!  Our eAlert and Text Alert services provides electronic notification of your account activity on your home computer or mobile device. 

You are in control of the types of eAlerts you receive and the frequency of notifications.
Set up your accounts to receive eAlerts when:

  • Your account balance goes above or below your pre-selected amount.
  • A Checking / Savings deposit is made.
  • A Check or Savings withdrawal posts to your account.
  • An interest payment is made to your Certificate of Deposit.
  • Your Certificate of Deposit matures.
  • Your Loan payment is due.

eAlerts is a Complimentary Service*

There are no fees to use Central Bank's eAlert or Text Alert services and there is no limit to the number of eAlerts you can create. However, if you choose to receive Text Alerts, message and data rates from your mobile provider may still apply.

eAlerts Are Fast

The eAlert service monitors your account 24 hours a day and periodically, depending on the template you select sends notification of account events you've selected.

How to set up eAlerts:

  1. Log on to Online Banking.
  2. In the Messages box click "New" and select an eAlert from the available templates.
  3. Complete the eAlert template and Submit. 
  4. Each time this event takes place you will receive an e-mail or message in your Online Banking account to alert you of the event.

Text Alerts:

Receive eAlert Notifications about account activity as Text Messages on your Mobile Device!

How to set up Text Alerts:

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Click on 'Options' in the upper right-hand corner of your screen
  3. In the 'Mobile Banking Enrollment' section, click the 'Manage Device(s)' button
  4. From the Main Menu, select the 'My Devices' tab, then choose 'Change my Mobile Banking Services' from the "I want to:" drop-down menu for your mobile device, then click 'Go'
  5. Check the boxes for both 'Text Messaging' and 'Alerts', then click 'Contine'
  6. Click Exit Mobile Banking to exit the Mobile Banking Services Menu page and close browser window to return to Online Banking

Important Information You Should Know

Please note:

  • eAlerts do not prevent account events from occuring.
  • Certain alerts are issued only once per account event you select and some alerts are recurring.  (see detailed Template List in our FAQs)
  • eAlerts cannot be guaranteed to be issued or arrive within a certain time period of any account event.
