On our website below the Online Banking Login, click on "New Users Enroll Here". In the new screen, enter your Primary Account Number, what type of account it is and 4-digit PIN (by default your PIN is the last 4 digits of your SSN). Next, click submit.
This will bring you to the Change Password screen where you will be instructed to enter a new Access ID and Password (follow the format required at the bottom of the screen).
Click on the Forgot Password link and enter your Access ID. Your current Password will be emailed to you at a pre-defined e-mail address (defined in your caller record). When you log in, you will be forced to change your Password for security reasons.
All you need to use Online Banking is a secure browser and any computer that accesses the Internet. Click here to access information regarding supported browser version levels. Online Banking is best viewed when your screen resolution is set to 1024 x 768.
Your Usercode is the same for Online Banking and Telebank. However, Online Banking requires you to create a new alphanumeric case-sensitive password at your first logon. This password is for Online Banking only. Your Telebank password does not change.
If your Online Banking account is not logged into for over 180 days, you will have to re-enroll and if enrolled in Bill Pay, you will lose your payee information along with any Bill Pay history. Please make sure to log in to Online Banking at least every 180 days.
