Mobile Banking is an Internet based service that delivers the convenience of Online Banking to your mobile device. Mobile Banking allows you to perform banking related transactions from your phone 24/7.
Central Bank offers three convenient ways to use Mobile Banking:
Smart Phone App - Transfer funds, pay bills, view account histories or find the nearest Central Bank or Surcharge-Free ATM through our powerful Central Bank Mobile App – supported on most iPhone or Android devices
Mobile Browser - Access your accounts on your internet-enabled phone through our secure mobile website
Text Messaging (SMS) - Get account information, when you need it sent directly to your phone as a text message
NOTICE: Central Bank Mobile is currently not available for Business Customers.
Mobile Banking is a free service offered by Central Bank. However, internet, data usage or text message charges may still apply. Contact your cell phone carrier for any standard charges that may apply for text messaging or Web usage.
Our Central Bank Mobile App is currently supported on most iPhones and Android devices. We reccommend updating your phone's software to the latest available release to maximize compatibility.
Our Mobile Website is compatible on most mobile phones with internet access and web browsers that display xhtml pages. Please contact your carrier for specific questions relating to your phone’s individual settings.
Any phone that can send or receive text messages will work with our Text Message (SMS) Mobile Banking Service.
If you are using the Central Bank Mobile App, enrollment is not necessary. Simply download and install our App from the iTunes App Store or Android Play Store and launch the App on your phone to begin.
If you are using the Mobile Browser or Text Message (SMS) services, please follow these instructions:
1. Log on to Online Banking from your home computer > choose User Options > then choose Mobile Banking Enrollment
2. Select which mobile services you wish to use [App, Browser or Text Messaging (SMS)]
3. Select your time-zone
4. Enter your Mobile Phone Number
5. Select your provider from the list
6. Choose a 4-digit Mobile PIN
Shortly after enrolling for Mobile Banking Through Online Banking, you will receive a text message with instructions how to log in to your account
Yes. Our Bill Pay service is available on your mobile phone when you use our Central Bank Mobile App or Mobile Browser services. To use Bill Pay, you must first enroll in the service through Online Banking.
Our standard bill pay fees apply for payments made from your mobile phone.
Internet service is required to use Mobile Bill Pay. Message and Data rates may apply. Not availble with our Text Message (SMS) Banking option.
1. Shortly after enrolling for Mobile Banking Through Online Banking, you will receive a text message on your mobile phone with instructions about how to get started
2. Text one of these simple commands to 96924 to receive current account information:
BAL = Current Account Balances HIST + (Acct Nickname) = Transaction History HELP = Contact Information ATM + (Zip Code) = Find Nearby ATMs BRANCH + (Zip Code) = Find Nearby Central Bank Branches CMD = List of valid Text Banking Commands STOP = Cancel SMS Banking Service
3. You will receive a text message with your account information
1. Shortly after enrolling for Mobile Banking through Online Banking, you will receive a text message with a link unique to you that will allow you to access your accounts using your Mobile Phone's Web Browser
2. Click on that link and bookmark this page in your Mobile Phone's browser to use each time you log in
3. Tap the 'Log In' button
4. Verify your Authentication Image and enter your password
5. Tap 'Log In'
Note: you are not required to enter your user id when logging in using this method. The link that was provided is unique to you and is only sent to the mobile phone number that you registered during the enrollment process through Online Banking.
Once the Central Bank Mobile App is installed on your iOS or Android device…
Tap the icon for Central Bank Mobile to launch the App
Enter your Access ID, then tap 'submit'
Verify your Authentication Image and enter your Password
Tap 'Log In'
Now you're ready to view account history, transfer funds, pay bills or find the closest Central Bank branches or ATMs!
Please note: After the first time you log on using our Central Bank Mobile App, you can choose for your device to remember your Access ID by selecting 'Remember Me'. As long as you have the 'Remember Me' option selected, your device will remember your Access ID and you will only need to enter your Password each time you launch the Central Bank Mobile App.
