How do I report that my ATM or Debit Card is lost or has been stolen?



During regular business hours, please contact a Personal Banker at a branch location near you or utilize the Contact Us tab to request a new card be issued.  

After regular business hours, please call 1-800-472-3272.  This number is available 24 hours a day with customer service representatives available to assist you.  Please have your card number ready to expedite the process.  If you do not have your card number, a representative will be able to look it up for you.
