Yes. Once you have logged into Internet Banking and have selected the account you would like to put a stop payment on, click the stop payment tab and follow the prompts. Please note the fee for a stop payment is $18.00 when placing the request online.
Yes. Your account information is password protected and Central Bank has included security questions to ensure your account information remains protected. We recommend that you choose a User ID and Password that are easy for you to remember, but are not obvious to someone else.
It is in your best interest to notify Central Bank if you are traveling overseas. Abnormal account activity, particularly in regards to overseas debit card usage, could restrict your account until authorization can be validated. By notifying Central Bank prior to your departure, you can be assured you will have access to your account while out of the country.
MasterCard SecureCode is a free service that allows you to protect your Debit MasterCard purchases over the Internet by using a personal SecureCode. Once you've registered your Card for the service you will be asked for your MasterCard SecureCode at participating online retailers. This prevents unauthorized usage of your card at participating online retailers.
