Exciting events continue to happen at Central Bank.  I am pleased to inform you of our recent acquisition of The RiverBank.  The six offices of The RiverBank include Wyoming and Chisago City as well as four locations in Wisconsin: North Hudson, Osceola and St. Croix Falls (2). This acquisition brings our network of banking offices in the Twin Cities area to 21. With our Fort Myers (Fl.) office, we now total 22 banking locations. In addition, mortgage services continue to be offered at the former RiverBank loan production office in Somerset, WI.

With this acquisition, Central Bank is one of the largest and safest independent community banks in the metro area with $1.2 billion in assets.  We pride ourselves in being a safe and reliable resource for a wide range of banking services for consumers and businesses throughout our service area.
